Here's a real net trick. Forget the actual content (making a radio play out of your screenplay) and notice what ProducersCantRead.com has done. They have a website without paying hosting fees. The trick is pretty simple:

1. Register a domain.
2. Make a video with annotation links.
3. Put it on YouTube.
4. Redirect the domain name to the URL of the video.
